This workshop, presented in English, will introduce participants to the functions and methods of geospatial analysis within geographic information science (GIS). Participants will learn how to use descriptive statistics on geospatial datasets, analyze point patterns, perform cluster analysis, as well as interpolation methods and geographically weighted regression analysis. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Prerequisites: <\/strong>Participants should have a basic knowledge of R programming and be familiar with the <em data-start=\"142\" data-end=\"153\">tidyverse<\/em> package. An understanding of fundamental geographic concepts and some experience with spatial data are recommended.
