CIQSS recognizes the value and importance of the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in fostering an environment that nurtures diverse perspectives and inclusive decision-making.

Inspired by the initiatives of our member and partner institutions, we aim to develop action levers to place our organization in a process of change towards a more inclusive research and working environment, responding to the specific needs of our community.

The virtual network, which will enable remote access to most of the available data sets, could facilitate work-family reconciliation, participation by people with reduced mobility, and people living outside urban areas or with atypical schedules.
